The massive amounts of dilution required to constitute a typical penny stock scam simply did not happen. I am not so sure I can even get behind your assumption that shares were sold during the BK years. This is so far in the distant past I'm not even so sure it's even relevant at this point. Paul and Ben have had plenty of time since then to dilute the heck out of this thing but they have chosen not to. And that IS a fact! This does NOT represent a penny stock scam scenario what-so-ever. No mass dilution = No scam. In the words of that famous poet Johnny Cochran "If the glove doesn't fit, got to acquit".

i love this post i found doing research on ben and paul and the so cal dilution we have heard about for years and in last almost 10 years only 33 mil has hit float nott bad dont you think
