In order to get out of this dilution and notes conversion BS, they may have to. If they want institutional investors once things get going with smart city development, it will be hard press to get those additional diversified investors on board. BPI is great but we still don’t know what they want or their stipulations. But big investors don’t like penny stocks. The loan is another case and doesn’t really have anything to do with a stock price requirement. BPI does I would think.

Of course as I said it will be a crazy ride if it does (not saying it will) but I’m the end if they really have the projects and contracts, a small RS shouldn’t matter if the value is there. It will rise imo.

Again not saying it will but it’s easier to manipulate sp when the float is so large.
