What is required for clinical trials to occur?

1. A hospital
2. Approval for clinical trials for CDSCO and FDA
3. Funding

We know that they are working alongside their partner, Apollo. We know that Jim has to finalize terms of the financing, and we are waiting to hear back from the CDSCO/FDA (for different reasons). They just updated the patent for another 8 years which was roughly $15-25K to do. Which is important if clinical trials shows what we all hope, because it increases the value of the company A LOT. So, something good is happening behind the scenes. If CDSCO or FDA got back to them with a no, we will hear from them because nothing else matters. This would fall apart real quick because we cant go further. The stock would be dead. And we have heard no such thing. Plus, there is no such pumping and fake PRs, so insiders arent trying to make money off a failure. So, this is all great information.

So, with the assumption that the trials are still in process, we have financing. And equity firms have to agree with terms with the company, unless the company decides to straight to a pharmaceutical company, or if they get a private donor for Phase 1. This could also be a possibility. I'm not a person that needs to hear stupid updates all the time. I want solid updates telling me the process in which they are in. I'm old school. Jim is also old school and I believe he just isn't putting anything out until he has everything in a row. Everything here in my view looks great. Its just we are dying for news. I just rather continue to hear nothing until its all ready to blow.

Hope this helps.
