Why can't AVXL deliver same?

Too broad of a question that will allow the very creative Missling to carefully parse his words and deliver a non-answer.

Questions I would like Missling and Jin to answer:

1.Missling: You've now had the AD Phase 2b/3 data since December. Has Anavex contacted any journal to review the AD data and have any agreed to publish the data review?

2. Missling: In the Feb conference call you stated that Anavex had recent conversations with the FDA about FragileX. When did those occur? Has Anavex had any recent conversations about next steps for AD? If the response is non-committal, then ask has anyone tried to schedule a meeting with the FDA?

3. Jin: Have you reviewed the AD data? Anavex now has 3 former FDA employees with over 50 years of combined experience. Do any of you feel confident that the data is sufficient to file an NDA?
