Should I forward this info to AMRN?

My sad story. I've received a denial of coverage determination for Icosapent ethyl from Express Scripts in January. They claim this denial is for gV. But if you read the denile detail it says.

Coverage of the requested medication is provided when the patient has established cardiovascular disease

Of course I don't want gV anyway, but that denial SHOULD have nothing to do with gV since it's not approved for CVD prevention!

When I talk to insurers or pharmacy people it's like a deer in the headlights. I tell them the generic is NOT the same as the brand and is NOT indicated for CVD prevention. *Crickets* is always the response. Even my PCP has no clue.
