My opinion there is no eld no software engineer nothing …lies and scams. But assuming I am wrong and Steve scammer is right … why this idiot did not do this and pleased TC a year ago … when he could have achieved some contracts and declared eld certification .. and for better pps … because he does not care and all shares were with shareholders and they will be the one profit and ain’t like that … why ??? I tell u why ???
