They could say "once the MAA package is complete, the company plans to file simultaneously and utilize the Project Orbis framework to seek approval from multiple RA's as quickly as possible".

Nothing prevents them from such a statement. Could you imagine how much that would support the price? There isn't even a timeline in that, they don't have to worry about missing a milestone, it's just guidance. I wonder why they wouldn't PR that? Unless of course...you don't think....that's not their plan? That would be a good reason not to PR that.
