IMHO, it’s very likely that the market will react to this utter failure to attract some institutional equity investment and NB will tank in the coming days, as a 95% (!) redemption rate is a clear sign for a lack of trust of the SPAC institutions in this project.

What will be our pps after the r/s and uplisting? Will it even be enough to prevent a delisting from NASDAQ in due course? Who knows, but all the hyperpositive postings on this board forecasting a huge cash infusion and future institutional support for the project have clearly been proven to be utter nonsense, yet again.
