No I would not say that. We are listed soon without the listing process. With the low redemptions each of our % of ownership is more protected. Thats a major upside. There are other monies out there as we have seen. I wanted more cash to operate with, but thats ok. We have a nasdaq ticker.

As for the high redemption rate, there is a lot of data for spacs with high redemptions. Its just how it has been for quite a few spacs. Dunno why, and the reason is irrelevant now.

Entities must have wanted that liquidity back and had to wait for the transaction to get it.
