before Bolivia, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Russia, Iran (and maybe Brazil plus China who wants Venezuelan crude piped over Bolivia to the Pacific Ocean) forcefully take the Red Corridor back from Chile in order to ship Bolivian lithium straight to Russia from landlocked Bolivia without having to pay a toll/tax to Chile (for crossing Chile overland) in order to reach a Pacific Ocean seaport.
