Old timers, this board always been like this?

No, it was much better years ago, when it looked like AVXL was doing adaptive trials for p2 alz and a p3 would be forthcoming within a year.

And Missling used to have live shareholder meetings where he answered every question.

And years of delay between a P2 and a P3 hadn't occurred.

And talk of new CNS diseases such as MS, ALS and others seems to be trials waiting to happen in a short time.

And the possibility of 273 being used for cardiac diseases and glaucoma also seemed like trials waiting to happen.

That was about 5 years ago.

Since then there has been glacial movement.

Alz trial took longer to recruit than it took to run. Ditto rett.

2 years and counting and no p3 parkinsons trial. you would think that would have been run and completed by now.

3 years and counting for a promised rare disease trial, a maddening tease of shareholders by Dr. M. Zero visible progress.

3 years and counting for a promised fragile X trial, Zero visible progress.

3+ years of teases about an autism trial, nothing to report here.

Last half of 2022, six milestones listed to be completed by year-end 2022. only 1 achieved.

Last CC, Missling exempted himself from any timelines on hitting future milestones.

And communication is just the minimal required by law.

Due to this performance, the stock has tanked from $30 to under $10.

As a result the board has changed. Professional skeptics attack daily. Cult WGT believers are free to post.

But be the person in the middle who still likes the science but is frustrated by the glacial progress, the lack of convincing proof of effectiveness, lack of partner or approval, and you are in a danger zone. You will be mocked, censored or imprisoned.

After 8 years, the stock has basically gone nowhere, and the potential remained unrealized. That is why this board sounds like a mental ward, and people attack each other to relieve their boredom.
