Unfortunately, getting their sht together would mean getting competent management......and we know they will do anything, including grand theft, to make sure that doesn't happen.

Seriously, it is my opinion these guys should be in jail.

Here are the elements of grand theft:
> You, the defendant, knowingly and unlawfully obtained, used, or tried or use the property of another;
> You did this with the intent to temporarily or permanently deprive the victim of his or her property; and
>The property was worth $300 or more.

They stole our equity and are using it against us. They did it knowingly and with intent and the value was almost $5M
