Sweeping generalization.....

Women have more stamina, which is important in a game like soccer.

By the time you reach the professional level of any 'run up and down and all around' game like soccer aerobic fitness is already in the very top percentile of all professional athletes.

Then it's a matter of pacing oneself and seeing the angles like it's a pool table.
