why would any entity(s) help retail shareholders by providing an exit at + $2? From the good of their heart? A lot of money was involved in getting the share price to x3. I dont see the benefit of getting into NWBO stock in such a way the stock x3 other than expecting the stock to fly even further had TLD been presented in a correct fashion. Whoever it was buying NWBO stock from 70 cents to +$2 sold all the way down again.
