Dear Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric, have you suffered a Mitch-McConnell-type concussion since March 8 that has rattled your brain and made you daft? Whitey businessmen are no longer going to volunteer to "talk with you" or your thieving communist government. They already tried "talking to you" the first year of your administration and you didn't listen to onefocking thing they said especially about mining. Now after having seen since September4/March8 that they have the complete upper hand over you these businessmen are no longer going to come to La Moneda Palace to plead with you on bended knee not to nationalize their businesses and not to tax the living piss out of them. These smart businessmen know they only have sit back in their boardroom chairs now doing nothing and let you drown in your own childish stinking putrid stupid leftist/commie sheet inside your lesbian/dyke saturated echo chamber La Moneda Palace.

Nobody is going "to talk to you" anymore which is your leftist/commie euphemism for "gimme your property and your money"... you are on your own now. And good luck finding any "new" tax money in the next 3 years. You will soon be completely dead in the water... and your Finance Minister Mario Marcel is smart enough to already know that.

Boric invites big businessmen to "improve by working together" the proposals to revive discussion on tax changes by Victor Guillou

The President of the Republic received the Confederation of Production and Commerce (CPC), beginning the Executive's efforts to resume the discussion on tax reforms, after the heavy legislative blow that meant the rejection of the idea of legislate government reform.

The President of the Republic, Gabriel Boric, began the dialogues with the private sector that will allow reopening the discussion on the change to the tax system promoted by the government, after the harsh legislative blow that meant last week the rejection of the idea of legislate the tax reform promoted by the Executive. This Tuesday, in fact, the president received in La Moneda the staff of the Confederation for Production and Commerce (CPC), which brings together the big businessmen of the six main productive branches of the country.

In addition to the President, the Ministers of Finance and Economy, Mario Marcel and Nicolás Grau, were present at the meeting. While, on the business side, in addition to Ricardo Mewes, president of the CPC, the presidents of commerce, agriculture, construction, mining, banking, and manufacturing attended. Mewes was accompanied by the vice president of the business union, Susana Jiménez.

Ricardo Lagos and rejection of the tax reform: "It is inadmissible that a Chamber refuses to debate an issue of such importance for the country"

At the beginning of the meeting, which takes place at the headquarters of the Executive, the main political authority of the country indicated his hope to "improve working together" the proposals that allow addressing the modifications to the taxes, with the objective of raising the collection and financing benefits and social rights.

"As a government, we are concerned about ensuring a development that is comprehensive, fair, equitable, that implies growth of course, we know that there are still some obstacles, certain bottlenecks in terms of productivity permits, which it is possible to improve by working together," he said. "We are interested in knowing your proposals, and by the way, asking you what our vision is, not only technical, but also political at the time we are living as a country and how we can work together for the well-being of Chile," added the president, to the to welcome the representatives of the great national business community.

"I know that, beyond the legitimate political differences that may exist on some particular issues, it is something that moves us and that allows us to work together and that is when Chile does best," the President also said.

One of the concepts that he reinforced, in his effort to summon the will of businessmen, was that of public-private collaboration. Along these lines, President Boric said he valued "the willingness to present proposals, regardless of whether we do not always agree on everything, but that allows us to open a constructive dialogue."
Tax reform: government opens to discuss the CPC proposal as long as it does not affect the final collection

It should be remembered that the president of the CPC, Ricardo Mewes, publicly raised the alternative of raising the first-category tax rate, paid by companies, as compensation for the withdrawal of the tax on the super-rich, in addition to other measures, which were criticized as contrary to investment in the Executive's original tax proposal.

"Today, without a doubt, we have many issues to discuss, I think we are in an expectant situation as a country, perhaps at a turning point, which I at least see with moderate optimism, but it is up to us to move it forward," Boric added.
