I agree except for your judgement of them. They aren’t stupid they are simply a small company that has outsourced everything including preparing the MIA. Large companies have a major advantage in preparing a bla. They simply don’t have the resources. Now we can argue about whether they should have partnered by now so that they would have had the resources to get it done faster, about whether the lost time will translate to lost value for us versus the loss a partnership at low prices would have incurred.

But I do agree that there may potentially be another wait before mia submission.
