herself on closing down the Codelco Ventanas Smelter again for the 17th or 18th time in the last 2 weeks on TV. See 1:15 minute mark.

Smokey the Bear Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando then goes on for 3 minutes explaining how she did not personally drop thefocking ball on the Ventanas fiasco last July dramatically throwing (ie firing) hundreds of workers out on thierasses without a promise of a new job. She also indirectly blames Sebastian Pinera for the the Ventanas fockup even though he never once said he would shut down this "dirty" smelter refinery. As you will recall, to save Marcela's fatass, Codelco at the 11th hour last September had to cough up multi-billion pesos they didn't have to find new "make work" jobs nearly overnight for these laid-off beaners in other Codelco locations since these workers only had one skill set and were too lazy to travel more than 10 kilometers from the smelter to go look for new work... plus Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric had not created enough new "cleaner" jobs like he had promised he would do during his presidential campaign to handle/absorb these newly laid-off people which really compounded the whole problem/fiasco.

At the 4:00 minute mark Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando starts babbling on in her typical airhead fashion about the evil Whitey industrialist mining companies trying to come in (ie invade) the country and rape Chile. At the 5:30 minute mark the ReporteMiner host tries to question this leftist/commie moron on what the National Lithium Company actually looks like and what form it will take after the commies (ie her commie buddies) have railed to create this organization for the last 2 years. Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando basically "side-stepped" prefaced her answer by saying there is not enough time in this program to fully explain the entire program without getting esoteric but that currently her effort is to solve the debt crisis (eg Codelco debt of US$32.14 billion https://www-nuevamineria-com.translate.goog/revista/codelco-negocia-nueva-politica-de-dividendos-con-hacienda-para-enfrentar-deuda/?_x_tr_sl=es&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US ) first before "unleashing" the NLC

Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando does concede that the NLC does have to be approved by the Parliament (see 6:20 minute mark) but that she is trying to set up the ("shadow?") NLC prior that parliamentary approval to run in a sort of proxy-parallel state waiting on the parliament which suspiciously sounds like she is setting up an early escape hatch now in case this wholefocking NLC nightmare goestoshit (before she can get her presidential campaign safely off the ground I'm postulating). Note: Marcela refers to this mysterious parallel state of running NLC 9 times in her ramblings.

In response to the host pressing Marcela on the date she will publish her heretofore secret draft (ie charter) of the NLC (7:00 minute mark) she proffers that the March unveiling is now pushed back to April or May (7:34)... (as you all here on iHub knew deep down in your hearts this was coming probably after she talks with all the focking scamming/conniving/extorting "actor" (7:39) indians (plus card-carrying commies) she can dig up from the barrios/dope-dens/flop-houses to have them register as legal beneficiaries to any lithium proceeds/profits).

At the 8:22 minute mark thisshitforbrains Minister goes on to try and explain WTF Codelco is doing on lithium mining today in light of the fact she can easily delay making "quick" decisions now since the lithium bonanza boom is going to last another 20-30 years... so her typical beaner delay tactic of mañana mañana is still viable without one single mention from her that it takes 7-10 years to build a lithium mining operation in thisshithole Chile thereby leaving 10 years to "profit" in her warped "bonanza boom" formula. Basically we have no new idea after this interview on WTF Codelco is doing

At the 9:00 minute mark this babbling monkey goes on to explain the Royalty (tax) which should be created by the Ministry of Finance (ie Mario Marcel) and not her is to be separated from the embarrassing March 8 tax reform rejection and that the Ministry of Mining will help spearhead this effort with the additional to-be-enlisted help of all the leftist/commie askkissing unionist miners who Marcela wants to see vote for her as President in 2026.
