1. Anti-Mining Minister Marcela Hernando is fired.
2. The Royalty increase threat is extinguished for a period of at least 10 years.
3. The threat of sliding variable (leftist/commie arbitrary sliding) tax increases is is extinguished for a period of at least 10 years.
4. There is a legal transparent vehicle for obtaining LCE export quota licenses not subject to the insane extortion-susceptible drawn-out nightmarish CChEN/SEA-EIA/blackmailing-indian-asskissing/environmental bureaucratic process now delaying/killing all development.
