The note showed up in catch up filings as being bought by WhiteCastle in 2016. no other info. At the time that other unknown “James Gilbert” showed up who dropped out of site once questions were being asked. Same time as that other fake photo with bio showed up on website but quickly deleted once I posted a photo of whose photo they used.

On January 15, 2016, the remaining outstanding debenture amount of $311,007 was acquired by Whitecastle Capital Corp. and as of December 31, 2017, the total amount of the debt outstanding with accrued interest was $324,887.

Carlon seems pretty successful so doubt he intentionally got involved in helping brand some penny stock scam. Maybe he doesn’t ask questions about his clientele.
