Today marks one year since the Tuskegee deal was announced.
The original PR on 3-10-22 stated development was to “begin immediately “.

And, on the same day, Frank made the following statement :
“This is the most significant verifiable deal the company has ever done. Financing
committed..this deal is signed and sealed. I put my reputation on it.”

Yet here we are. Exactly where does this Tuskegee deal stand? Way past time for an update on this project. ST3, do you have plans to pay off the land to close the transaction? Or is this going to drop into an abyss like every other project this company has announced?
