"As disclosed below, WMIH Corp., a Delaware corporation (f/k/a WMI Holdings Corp.) (“WMI Delaware” or the “Company”) became the successor to WMI Holdings Corp., a Washington corporation (“WMI Washington”), on May 11, 2015."

The effective time and date of the Reincorporation was 8:00 p.m. Eastern time on May 11, 2015 (the “Effective Time”). As a result of the Reincorporation, the registrant is now a Delaware corporation and WMI Washington has ceased to exist."

I own everything WaMu ... WMI Washington (functioning as a sub of (XXXX), WMB Notes (now paying interest back to WMI Washington and Direct Owners), & WMI Delaware (COOP) ...
