Paymemf, the links are all LQMT USA sourced. The parts based on what LQMT executives have previously stated apparently do not violate any previous agreements.

As far as I know and all here know I do not know much, LQMT has not updated outside shareholders on the above legal issue regarding parts used in CE and I will not speculate. All here know the results of speculation annually and it has not ended in a happy place share price wise, revenue wise or anything else positive for the outsiders portfolio. I concluded no waiver was granted to LQMT for the competition to benefit. Of course that conclusion can be wrong as well.

It is what it is. All wait, all are patient, all can stay or leave. They can jump and shout from Kansas to the land of Oz. That has never been my focus. LQMT will be until it is or is not is my focus.

I post what I see and not what if’s or maybe’s, not ever looking for gratitude or criticism. I’m always looking for progress towards a positive end game.

I leave the theories and anything else to everyone else.
