You’re probably right but Li IMO would likely not have to actually sell his shares if those shares were to be absorbed by EONTEC/YIHAO or AAPL. He would likely have the negotiating leverage to hold his interest in LQMT USA for maximizing his and the entity he’s representing best interests concerning his initial investment in LQMT USA.
IOW Li wouldn’t actually be selling any LQMT SHARES. Actually HE WOULD BE BUYING IMO but who cares sell it all to LUGEE he deserves it and will take LIQUIDMETAL where it belongs and that’s the Nasdaq……etc etc etc IMO
