We will see but the Nasdaq dream will never be realized with a sp under $4? That would take years. The Ultra low volume under 1,000,000 LQMTs shares daily now etc etc.
IMO The LI goal of listing would be years away and controlled by parameters that LQMT cannot reach without being “absorbed “.
Technically LQMT USA would be a Nasdaq listing if absorbed by a WHALE company that is listed or could be listed by covering the necessary Nasdaq listing parameters. LQMT would take years to cover those same Nasdaq parameters alone and LQMT USA DOES NOT HAVE YEARS IMO
But UNDER FOXCONN/APPLE/EONTEC/YIHAO
yes LQMT USA covers the Nasdaq parameters and LI/TC / INVESTORS obligations and we all walk away clean and literally happily ever after.
IMO And super bullish LQMT
