Yes it is legal , especially when you have no board that can step in and vote it down or shareholder vote . That is another red flag to watch for in a company that has really no voting rights for shareholders that count and a high O/S . At some point the CEO does a R/S to get free shares back to the company and then starts the process again. You can make money by watching the pumps and cash out , problem with Koos he makes it sound like they are just around the corner of having a break thru yet no product for over 10 years of him owning multiple Biotech companies. I posted the links awhile back of his companies and how many are still running and the ties of the existing companies paying each other. Buyer beware just wait this will be in the penny range and then you can get back in and ride the pump and get out, set a target of profit and be happy don't get caught up on the hype have a plan and don't give into greed. JMO GLTA.
