I believe when the next set of financials submitted will be audited and accompanied by the mandatory Form 13g identifying our new equity partner.

The long shot theory is the company is marshaling a share buyback with funds from multiple licensing agreements yet to be disclosed on the audited financials.

Either way , this is the easiest long term hold in the OTC.

Not to step on your question to MP., but my guess on the acquired share count would be in excess of 650 mil at this point ,
