I think the SEC is in a rough spot. IMO, they will kick the can indefinitely. All suspended non-filers (and I mean ALL) get revoked. HOWEVER, look at where DBMM is today: It's current in its filings. It's off of grey sheets. Management is fully transparent to the public. There's even little or no change in s/s since the suspension. At this point, the SEC revoking registration truly harms investors. It doesn't protect them (like the initial suspension supposedly did).

The SEC really cannot do anything. If they dismiss the case, then non-filing is no longer grounds for revocation of any stock. ALTHOUGH, there r a microscopic amount of sec suspended stocks that ever leave grey sheets and merrily trade like business as usual (as DBMM did). Very very few companies would even put up the fight that DBMM did, so maybe the SEC is a little paranoid about rewriting history.

I, for one, believe that DBMM maintaining .01 and gaining a QB status is a final protection from revocation. ... Just my thoughts

as expected, the SEC kicks the can again
