What I am saying is the Company has already lost its 15c-211 which they need to get back, and they will. Providing they continue to provide PINK information and get current prior to the March 28th deadline then they will remain current PINK, regardless of Shell status. Transparency isn't as important as getting current, and doing what needs to be done. Everyone wants transparency obviously, and that should be a priority however, getting the work done should always be priority one.
