Looks like the Sarissa-Amarin war is not over. I'm sure Denner expected (orchestrated?) this. Now what? How many boobytraps have been set for the incoming board members?

This smells like a hostile takeover in the making.

Y'all ever seen Pretty Woman? Denner buys 25M shares @ $4.30, shorts against the box knowing he will be able to impact management through a proxy war - the collateral damage of which is a price depression. This gives him leverage to buy the company and flip it to BP at wholesale prices.
He covers and collects big on the buyout for 3-4.00/share.

Hopefully I'm wrong and he emerges soon with a concrete plan that assures shareholders AND WALLSTREET!
