Study, The old BOD resigned because they knew that Sarissa could remove them
the same as he had PWO. So far KM has not jumped ship...Should he stay or
should he go may be up to Sarissa. This gives Sarissa the opportunity to begin
with a clean slate. Or maybe...Just maybe...This would be an opportunity for a BP
to jump in if they felt so compelled and/or if Denner had a BP interested.
