So the entire board just resigned. Wow. This is scary. What happens if one shareholder just takes over the entire company's leadership? He can pretty much do whatever he wants with it now. The only issue is Sarissa is a Hedge fund. They are in the business of making money, not running biotech companies. I really want to know what he wants to do now. Can we discuss paths? What is his plan now? He got a lot more than what he wanted.
