Jet Token doesn't make money they burn it. Nice dream but they will never be a competitor to the other air service companies.
As a Jet Token shareholder this deal sucks hugely for shareholders as they are being given less than what they collected in the last round of money stealing (sorry raising) now how would that feel? I'm lucky I bought at 9 cents on the second raise, I believe the 1st was at 3 cents but the last raise was .75 - glad I passed on that one.
All that aside, only insiders will make out in this merger nobody else.
"fair value" for the warrant today is 5 cents but I expect it to take a dive when people read the actual deal they want to scam thru - I don't expect Jet Token to remain listed for a full year, they are that bad.
