Pending 4th FEMALE Phenom as NWBO new LT financier IMHO

IMHO this firm has ALL the necessary ingredients to vault NWBO to add $ for newly authorized NWBO shares to NASDAQ qualify UPLISTING: Which should mitigate "holding the shares down", begin the process of upward valuation, from the 6 years of market manipulation tyranny of OTC Pink Sheets as well as avoiding a Reverse Split (which is what I have consistently posted as my reading between the lines and into CEO Linda Powers mindset which few if any have done correctly given the SILENCE since 2016) along with AVOIDING the timeline uncertainties of:
1) waiting for a reasonable $SPOOFING settlement; or
2)jury trial; or
3)that of assessment damages....

ALL of which must be approved by the court (Maverick_1 is NOT a lawyer! so I could stand corrected.) ..... the duration is unknown so I believe that inscrutable CEO Linda Powers other clandestine "nuclear weapon" is with The FOURTH FEMALE PHENOM as Time is Money along with her other unveiled cards that are set up for a HUGE TSUNAMI for shorts/naked shorts

ALL of this is IMHO before ANY Big Pharma Board of Directors approves taking an equity stake in NWBO.
A licensing, joint venture in any clinical trial IE: Checkpoint Inhibitors is separate and
distinct from this discussion.

My first & only hunch took less than 30 minutes for me to validate from many angles. So I did my vetting!
