Now we (clarification of "we": Gabby and Marcela, but mainly Marcela) will "kick the can down the road" another year (2023) delaying our detailed input for the 6th time into the Chamber of Deputies as we make it look like the local indians (ie descendants of Russian Eskimos/Inuits who crossed the Bering Straits hundreds of years ago to settle in Chile) are the ones holding things up again in Chile.
