And what happens now - under here some ideas - what I would like to see happen.

With Sarissa and Denner 'forcing themselves' (using shareholder backup) into controlling the future of Amarin - they should be cleaning house in BOD MGT - removing people not contributing.

1. For a start, the people responsible for using $ 7.5 mill - in fighting ovn shareholders getting influence - should be fired - better today than tomorrow.

2. We need new trustworthy CEO - to lift this company out of the mud - preparing it for BO.

3. The Go It Alone strategy is put on halt - no more money spend. Every employed person in the GIA strategy - US and Europe ROW - be evaluated - would they be of value for a potential Big Pharma in the coming BO.

4. New book of Strategy - informed to WS and media - in a clear and understandable way. Expressing precisely the changes made at Amarin - and plan for the future BO.

5. And of cause it would be great to see Denner actually take on the ILT (Marjac) proposal for going after the fraudulent ruling in Nevada Court marts 2020. As Marjac says the foundation for a case - as researched by ILT - is there. And even it will be a hard battle to win' - its all upside - with the potential to lift value of the company well into double digits if won.
