At this point I think expert market is IN-EVITABLE. It is obvious that the deal was backed out of. No quarterly filings in over a year. I think SBES is finished. TOAST.

Soon the massive dumping of shares begins. IMO Daniel Sobolewski lied about SBES being on the one year ready to score.

I wonder if criminal charges can be brought against him for lying to this board.
