It seems to me that Cohen will pick up on the fact that shorting on the AF articles may be legal, however the AF article doesn't make spoofing legal. More importantly, how much spoofing occurred over the years prior to the AF article? How does CDEL argue that one?

It would be also interesting if discovery allows the book to be open to ascertain who funded AF's articles AND how many here are paid to spread the false rumors? This certainly will up the stakes.

It is of my opinion, this case will go on longer than the approval time. At that point, we will have revenue and wouldn't need to settle on 1/10's of pennies. Go for the whole enchilada and use the proceeds on a massive buyback!
