William R Carter holds 900 million shares of UOIP, to get paid from settlement that went to UOIP, we all other holders of UOIP will get paid also. Remember, the last text that I had from Billy, he said he would chat no longer with us and that the next thing to happen will be a contact from the registered agent(forgot proper name). Haven not heard what the final settlement was, Billy could be like us on a waiting list? Possible and Probable! Billy always told me that was the reason behind letting UOIP get delisted!
