I agree you can make money on the OTC scams but tying up your money for years is a very poor investment strategy because the retail investors can only sit and as the insiders can do whatever they want and it will whatever is best for them.

They don't care about investors only themselves and there are very few real companies that are working to build a business. Just look at the true believers in George Sharp - he only cares about himself. There isn't any hijacked shells that have been successful - they are all about self enrichment.
