Mr. Stockboy, My impression of KM is one of disappointment. Under his supposed
expertise in getting reimbursements for countries in Europe, Germany, arguably the
most important country for Europe, somehow got messed up. Can Germany be
salvaged? I hope so. Why didn't management support Marjac's efforts? How stupid
can they be? Finally, why did they fight their largest shareholder instead of proactively
working with them? In any case it will be Alex Denner who pulls the strings from now
on. If AD wants someone removed from the BOD he has proven he has the votes
to do it. Nobody here knows exactly what AD has planned. My hope is that he
understands the need for a BP BO in a reasonable period of time. Before AD
acquired his position would he not have made certain that he could get a BP
to make a BO bid if he believed that would be the end game?
