The other problem is Tesla is aware of the problem, its hiding it while trying to fix it, & worse still the government seems to be aiding it.

NTSB ruled the Coral Gables accident was caused by excessive speed. No shit. But it ruled in a way that puts the blame on the driver and not the glitching hardware inside the Tesla nor the broken suspension. Same with the Texas Doctor accident in 2021. The evidence clearly supports glitching vehicle and not simply pedal misapplication. They don't even explain the straight tire marks left behind. They blame his alcohol level as the cause but if that alcohol level impaired his pedal usage it should have equally impaired his steering ability. Yet the tracks left behind are perfectly straight. Id argue the tire marks left behind are too straight for 95+% of completely sober drivers to leave behind. Hitting the curb should have cause a change in tire orientation and trajectory at those speeds, Yet there is none.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
