Buying heavily? That's a bit hyperbole there. I'd agree if we were seeing 10s of millions or 100s of millions of shares being bought but currently there are less than 4 million shares that have been traded. This is just swapping of shares based on the fact that the pps is only up .0001. This is hardly heavy buying.
