There are companies that have enough data on people to determine with a 99.9% certainty that some one would be interested in buying a product or service. It called list makers or demographic providers. Not difficult at all. However if ENCZ is having supply issues of any kind (very likely), for any of ingredients. While they have likely determined they have enough product to sell or they wouldn’t have enlisted distributors. It probably wouldn’t be the right time to pay another company to determine who would buy and send out free samples. Otherwise a great and often used idea.
