It may give some bit of consolation and vindication, even if it's affects are not of benefit here, at least in the short term to curtail, or perhaps somehow halt, illicit trade manipulations. Adam Fernstein has been named in discovery by Citadels defense council in NWBO's case against Citadel for a practice called spoofing over a five year period. There's no doubt, that the scheme was dispatched on AMRN at least on two occasions, according to my recollection. It's interesting to note, and perhaps why more companies shy away from taking action: Citadel's council threatened to sanction NWBO three times in three separate letters, if NWBO did not drop the case. Think about that for a moment.
