"Phases of the DTC CFM Modernization Initiative
1. Phase One – Beginning on February 24, 2023, Super Access Coordinators (SACs) should begin
provisioning their users with entitlements to the modernized CFM application for both the PSE and
Production environments. Once entitlements are provisioned, users will be able to access a temporary
landing page which confirms your successful connection to the new CFM environments. SACs should
contact the DTC Integration team ([e-mail]) with questions regarding CRS or the
entitlements process.
Entitlements will appear in the Customer Registration System (CRS) as follows:
Production Entitlements PSE Entitlements (test environment)
CFMM DTC Inquiry CFMM DTC Inquiry – PSE
CFMM DTC Write CFMM DTC Write – PSE
2. Phase Two – DTC will release the full user interface for Participants’ User Acceptance Testing (UAT) into
the PSE environment on February 27, 2023. Participants will be required to conduct UAT and provide
confirmation that testing is complete prior to production cutover.
3. Phase Three – Beginning on March 20, 2023, and continuing through June 23, 2023, Participants will be
migrated to the modernized CFM production application. All Participants are required to be migrated to
the new application by June 23, 2023."
