The word out on him is:
Very brilliant in his field of study.
Extremely narcissistic!
Psychopath.
Pathological liar.
Don't trust a thing he says unless you third party verify it first.

That is how he was described to me by someone fairly close to him. But as I was told he has a brilliant mind for the stuff that he is doing (has done) for IEC (Quantum). So it could be good money wise if all works out without any lawsuits or infighting or control issues. Which is what I've heard is his biggest problem. Total Control Freak over everything and wanting total control over the company and it's stock.
So read all the filings carefully and proceed with caution. IMHO
