Since the company has suggested in both 8K and PR form the PREFERRED EQUITY receives 75% of any payout, WHY THEN would you even have a question about the K's, as it appears the company only recognizes prefrd's and doesn't in any way differentiate P or K's.

OH and let's not go to the Prospectus's conditions suggestions, that the K's can be paid out with cash, as there IS NO PROSPECTUS any more
