Badrguy, bingo you answered your own "weak" connection. If Lanza sold the properties to BDGR that disavows BDGR. If BDGR acquired property that Lanza did not own then BDGR has a problem with Lanza, likewise the supposed issue for OMDA. The connection is Lanza not BDGR, the liability rests with Lanza. Also, stating information from a press release from omda does not carry a lot of weight. I would like to access court documents. Everyone seems to be avoiding the issue of OMDA's viability. Let's have some discussion on that, it does have some bearing on the validity of the lawsuit.
