Heres the data that really drives home that this Tesla suffered SUA:

Model Y showed that the accelerator pedal was depressed deeply during the incident. Tesla stated that the Park button was indeed pressed during the vehicle’s final drive four times, but only briefly. Previous tests from Tesla owners indicated that pressing Park for an extended period of time while the vehicle is in motion would stop the car. 


What this means is the driver wasnt able to stop the vehicle with brakes so he tried to put it into park while in motion to stop it multiple times. This also means that the driver should have took his foot off the pedal when attempting to stop. Should have stabbed the pedal. Should have tried different pedals if his foot was originally on the accelerator. Yet data shows no change in accelerator pressure and no brake application.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
