There is a dominant recurring theme here: BDGR isn't just Lanza rotten, it's rotten to the core. Monte Anderson is one of Lanza's crony leftovers from OMDA and like Lanza, a BDGR Director.

There's no difference here between the Enron and Worldcom frauds and BDGR. Anyone who 'invests' in this company deserves to lose their investment. There are clear warning signs: counterfeit shares are flooding the market; BDGR's fundamentals are deteriorating; there no such thing as trustworthy Management; the liar Rick Michael (Lanza's attorney) is still there with his contempt for us investors and the law.
